Where can I find the serial number?

The serial number is on the label inside the ear cup. Enter it above and click “Verify warranty”.

What if warranty verification fails?

Check the serial number on the label inside the ear cup and click Verify warranty again. You cannot complete the order until verification succeeds. If you believe the headset is in warranty, upload your invoice or proof of purchase below the Verify button (Paid repair) — our team will review it with your order.

Do you repair damaged headbands or ear seals?

Yes — describe the issue in your order. Minor mechanical damage is often repairable; for extensive damage we will contact you with options.

How does shipping work?

EU DPD door-to-door (pickup + delivery): 45.45 EUR excl. VAT. Warranty repairs with EU delivery: free of charge. Outside EU (UK, US, CH, etc.): international DPD shipping available; cost is confirmed in your order confirmation. Prices shown excl. VAT — applicable VAT rate depends on your country of registration.

How long does repair take?

Typically 5–10 business days from receipt at our service centre, depending on parts availability. We will keep you updated by email.

What is the paid repair price?

Paid BOSE repair is 340 EUR incl. VAT (diagnostics fee). Warranty repair is free. Shipping is separate — see How does shipping work?
